Happy Holidays from me and mine to you and yours. This holiday season will be the first in many years that I will take time off and I’m excited for the break. It will be a time of refreshing, rest and lots of time with family and friends. I truly hope that you get to take a moment of rest. January will be here soon enough. We will all be busy with the start of a new year…or in the case of my team closing out the year that’s just past.

New levels is the phrase I will give to this 2022 year due to all the growth and challenges that have strengthened me. I have grown personally and have a new perspective in this wonderful life. I have also grown with Sooter Consulting through our team, our clients, and resources along with new responsibilities that allow me to bring out my genius side in the company. I have been excited for this Christmas time as I decided to break tradition and decorate even before Thanksgiving and I hope our clients and friends have a joyful Christmas. I am looking forward to next year.
